By December, it’s the best time to visit Georgia when you are thinking of a winter holiday. The weather turns very cold,
from 2 – 6 degrees Celsius where nights sometimes are even chillier and during daytime, there will be sun but the wind
will let you feel the winter breeze.
It’s a good thing that our fixed departure package will not only visit in Tbilisi but also in Gudauri and Kazbegi – the higher
altitude part of Georgia – where you can stare in awe the enormous snow-covered mountains, the icy peaks and the snow
falling sparkling like diamonds.
If you get too cold, no problem, you can visit Tbilisi’s Sulphur Bath to warm you up. Approximately starts from 160 lari,
you’ll get an hour in a private bathing hot pool which you’ll get soaked in wonderfully warm and therapeutic water. Or you can also taste and savor the homemade soups, stews and grilled meats that will also warm you up from the inside out.
So, for this vacation trip, make sure that you have your winter coats, leather jacket and a scarf, a pair of gloves to keep
your hands warm, and wear layers of thin long sleeved shirts to ease your body temperature, and have shoes something
sturdy with a good grip from the slidy street roads.
And do not forget to engage yourself on several wine tasting, eat your Khinkali dumplings, together with the sweet and
delicious Churhckhela. Surely, there are a lot to enjoy while in Tbilisi.
The Georgians are the most welcoming people in the world.
Be ready to meet them all.
